Monday to Sunday: 24 hours.
Phone bookings: any time. Email response: typically within the hour during waking hours (7am-11pm), by first thing next morning if you write overnight. There is no out-of-hours surcharge on bookings made at any time of day or night.
Service Area
We pick up from any Dundee postcode, every Tayside and Angus town, all of Perthshire as far as Crieff and Auchterarder, and North Fife as far as St Andrews. If your pickup point is not on the Service Areas page, ask anyway — the answer is usually yes.
